Went to Just German Auto last week for a service on my 2014 Mercedes E350 and everyone from the front desk to the mechanics were friendly and communicated effectively to me. They found an issue during the service and sent pictures showing me what the problem was along with the quote. The car was repaired in a reasonable amount of time and the price seemed right for what they had to do. I will definitely be using them again and if you have a German vehicle I would highly recommend them !!!!

Opted for Just German after dealership quoted an exorbitant amount for an AC evaporator replacement for my 2020 Mercedes gle 350. JG Charged half the dealership quoted amount. They got me in an expedient manner and had me back on the road the next day. The only negative I have is that I had to return several months later for a programming update which hampered the efficient performance of the unit and that should have been done at the time of the service. The AC is now working perfect and the manager Ryan understands quality customer service and rectified the condition immediately upon notice with no excuses. I will be taking both my MB’s there for service/repair in the future.

The work that was done on my Mercedes S 63 AMG exceeding my expectations. The customer service was great. The staff was friendly in my car was returned promptly. The cost was very reasonable. I had the an and B service it cost me far less than the Mercedes dealership. And the price they quote me when I went to pick my car up it was actually hundreds of dollars less than what I was quoted!!!!!
